Getting started with LearningGuide is easy. There is no need for extensive training or help desk calls: after a brief introduction, your employees will start using it quickly!
- If your workplace challenges include a specific business process, LearningGuide Solutions can provide the user with a workflow diagram displaying each step in the process and the associated roles. The user can click any stage of the process to view the corresponding support information.
- At this point, the user receives simple quick reference instructions. If more information is required, the user can take advantage of the next layer of the learning framework by accessing comprehensive step-by-step task details and application instructions.
- The third tier of support gives the user the opportunity to perform or practise the task in either a live or simulated environment. Clicking the Do it button immediately places the employee in the application itself, and provides support in the form of a “help on top” window containing guided assistance.
- Finally, the fourth level of support provides access to a wide variety of information resources, including related documentation, links to internal sites or portals, e-learning modules and other existing knowledge assets.
