Alfred Remmits - CEO
Alfred co-founded LearningGuide Solutions in 2001. Alfred is a veteran of the learning industry of twenty years and has previously built and owned several learning businesses, including SPC Training – an IT training and courseware business and Global Learning Alliance – a provider of international project management, learning-center resources and business measurement tools. Alfred is recognized internationally for his views on improving organizational performance through better control of informal learning.

Ali Parkinson - Sales Director
Ali has over 19 years experience in the learning industry.  Ali started in the industry as a Sales Manager at Informatics CTEC where she spent 10 years and successfully progressed to Corporate Business Director and then Sales Director.  In 2000 Ali joined Xpertise Training as a Board Director where she managed the merger and integration of 3 sales teams through 2 acquisitions.  Ali has spent the last 4 years at LearningGuide Solutions setting up the UK sales operation and managing our UK customer base which prestigious clients such as Alliance and Leicester, Arcadia, Barclays, Deloitte, GallifordTry, Hewden, JP Morgan, Lovells and Standard Chartered Bank.

Rita Ruparel - Operations Manager
Rita has over 16 year experience in the learning industry. Rita’s career in the training and learning arena commenced in 1994 when she joined Informatics CTEC as an Applications Instructor. By 1996 Rita had progressed to Project Manager responsible for the standardisation of Marks and Spencer’s Desktop across the UK and European Divisional Offices. Rita also managed a team of 20 plus instructors across the UK and third party European suppliers prior to joining QA’s consulting division in November 2000 involved in managing education programmes aimed at both technical and non-technical personnel.  In 2005 Rita joined LearningGuide Solutions and has been involved in the design, scope and build of client specific Electronic Performance Support Systems of Learning Guide implementations at all stages of the lifecycle.
