Jeff Felice Promoted to President, LearningGuide Solutions USA

Rochester, NY, December 15, 2009—LearningGuide Solutions, an industry leader in offering Electronic Performance Support Solutions (EPSS), is announcing that Jeff Felice has been promoted to President, LearningGuide Solutions USA.

Jeff joined LearningGuide as Chief Operating Officer, with over a dozen years of proven operational, management, and consulting experience.  His previous position before LearningGuide was VP, Content Development Services at Element K where he provided the strategic direction and operational oversight for US and India operations delivering custom learning solutions to global 1000 customers.  Prior to this position, Jeff served as the Director of Interactive Products at Ziff Davis Education (ZDE).  During this time he helped to launch ZDE’s e-learning development organization and introduced single-source authoring to meet the needs of traditional instructor-led and web-based blended learning programs.
